At SMART Pilates, movement is just the beginning. We’re more than a Pilates studio — we’re a space for education, exploration and connection, where the studio stays active and alive through pop-up classes, special events and workshops that respond to how bodies live, work and feel.
These limited offerings allow us to dive deeper, slow things down, or explore new modalities that complement your regular Pilates practice. February brings two such pop-ups, each designed to support restoration, mobility and nervous system balance.
